Stage 2 · Make it repeat

Turn one sale into monthly sales. This is where it becomes a side business.

Where does next month come from

Once money has arrived, the question changes. Not “how do I sell,” but “will it sell again next month.”

Revenue arrives two ways only: the same customer pays again, or a new one pays for the first time. The effort is not comparable. One already trusts you; the other has to be convinced from zero.

If all of it comes from new customers, this is not yet a side business — it is a restart every month. Stop for a month and it is zero.

  1. This month

  2. Same customer paid again

  3. New customer, first time

must be found again next month

Flow: This month, then Same customer paid again, then New customer, first time

Do this today

Split every payment you have received so far into repeat and new, and count each.

Honestly · Zero repeats is not a failure — most starts look like that. But know what it means: a month off is a month at zero.
