$80k a month, confirmed through Stripe — but not by one person

An SEO agency whose AI agents research, write and optimise content daily. Its MRR of $80,601 is confirmed by a third party connected directly to Stripe, making it the first grade-A case we list. What it teaches, though, is not “AI earns this much” — it is that the revenue comes out of a staffed organisation.

In plain words

This company makes sure a brand gets named as the answer inside tools like Google and ChatGPT. AI programs research, write and polish content every day. It takes in about $80,000 a month, and that number is trustworthy because it is read straight from the payment system. ⚠️ But one person is not doing this. There is a director, a specialist and a client manager.

The money path, in real screenshots

Screenshots we took ourselves. Each carries the date and the address it came from — don't take our word for it, open the page.

  1. Step 1. Did anyone buy

The first case where we print a figure. MRR $80,601 across 38 active subscriptions. ✅ That divides to roughly $2,121 each — inside the published $1,597–$2,997 range, so revenue and price list corroborate each other. ⚠️ The page's separate “last 30 days” number differs between its title ($102,660) and its chart ($96,516), so we do not use it.

  2. Step 2. Did anyone buy

This single line is what separates grade A from grade B. The number is read straight from the payment system rather than stated by the founder, and the refresh time is printed alongside it. Our other cases stay at B precisely because this line is missing.

  3. Step 3. Who runs it

A company that says AI does the work lists this many people. The top tier names a dedicated director, an SEO specialist and a client success manager. The revenue below comes out of that organisation — not out of one person.

What is sold

Monthly subscription agency, high-ticket B2B

Growth $1,597/mo · Scale $2,997/mo · Enterprise custom. The same figures appear on the official site and on TrustMRR (checked 2026-08-16). ✅ The arithmetic checks out: $80,601 MRR ÷ 38 active subscriptions ≈ $2,121 per subscription, which sits inside the published range. Revenue and price list corroborate each other.

AI's part and the person's part

Already had

Agency experience. The site presents the founder as independently ranked first in his field — self-reported, so we do not lean on it, but it signals this did not start from zero domain knowledge.

If this is large, the AI is not the reason

What the AI did

The product describes a network of AI agents that research, create, optimise and distribute content every day. The target is not only Google but being cited inside ChatGPT, AI Overviews and Perplexity — the seat that opened up when the reader of search became a machine.

the part a tool replaced

What the person did

This is the part that matters. The official site describes its top tier as a pod with a dedicated account director, account SEO specialist, client success manager, schema and technical SEO support, and digital PR. AI runs the execution; people hold the account, the strategy and the client. The page title calls the company “The AI SEO Agency” in its own words.

How we verified this

Evidence strengthA· 2 source(s)

Verified by a third party, e.g. payment-processor data

Independent evidence: TrustMRR reads the revenue through a connected Stripe API key and prints its own refresh time — “Last updated: Aug 16, 2026, 08:06 AM”. The number comes from the payment system, not the founder, which is what makes this grade A. Confirmed: MRR $80,601 · 38 active subscriptions · $2,261,873 all-time. Cross-check: dividing MRR by subscriptions gives roughly $2,121, inside the published $1,597–$2,997 range. Two sources support each other. ⚠️ We found two different numbers on the same page. The page title reads “$102,660 last 30 days” while the chart in the body reads “$96,516”. We could not establish why. So we publish neither — only the clearly labelled MRR. Even a verified source can disagree with itself on screen. ⚠️ The “June 2018” founding date is unverified. AEO as a concept is recent, so a pivot is likely. Do not read this as “this business since 2018”. ⚠️ The site carries a “30% growth in 90 days or we work free” guarantee and a “limited to 5 new clients per month” line. We do not repeat those as claims.

What made it work

Even a company that says AI does the work employs people. It states that AI agents run execution while listing a director, a specialist and a client success manager in the product description. AI removed the execution labour; what remains is account management and strategy. The $80k comes out of that combination. And the buyer of attention changed. They no longer sell placement in results a human reads — they sell the citation a machine repeats. When the consumer of search changes, so does the product.

Risks

  • Reading this as a one-person side hustle gets it completely wrong. The company calls itself an agency and lists its staffing. Revenue being real and the work being doable alone are separate questions.
  • Replicability is the lowest in our list (1/5): high-ticket B2B needs sales, references and people first.
  • AEO itself is a new category, and if the AI search engines change how they cite, the product's basis moves.
  • The founding year is unverified.

Does this work in Korea?

Copying this structure from Korea would be very hard. High-ticket B2B needs sales and references first, and the upper tiers are staffed by several people. What does transfer is the product definition — making a brand citable inside AI answers is demand that is only now appearing locally. Shrink the scope to what one person can deliver and it becomes a starting point.

7-day action plan

  1. Step 1. Ask ChatGPT or Perplexity a question in your field and note which pages get cited

  2. Step 2. Open three cited pages and write down what they share

    structure, sourcing, dates

  3. Step 3. Rewrite one of your own pages toward that shape and record what changed

30-day action plan

  1. Step 1. Ask the same question a month later and check whether your page is cited; if not, write down what is missing

  2. Step 2. Define the smallest version of this you could do for someone else

sized for one person, not an agency

  3. Step 3. Before pricing it, ask what the client currently spends on this problem

Words you may not know

Verification grade
How far we checked this case. A means the revenue was confirmed by someone other than the founder; B means the business exists but the revenue is only the founder's word.
Revenue
Everything that came in. Tools, fees and tax still have to come out before it is what you keep. The two are not the same.
MRR
Money that arrives every month, as opposed to a one-time payment.
Self-reported
A number the person stated about themselves. Nobody else confirmed it, which is why we do not print those numbers.
Replicability
How likely someone else is to get a similar result. The more the founder already knew the field, the harder it is to copy.
